Just bought a further two of these, having successfully fitted one last week. Supplier moves fast and sends (free) next day, well protected, but with no instructions or screws.Unit frame contains baffle/flap which "hangs" by two FRAGILE plastic lugs slotted into frame corners. Needs care fitting to wall to avoid distorting.( I separate complete unit first,trying to hold baffle/flap in place). Mark pilot holes for (flat head) screws at corners. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN SCREWS. Cowl and flap sections then "clip" GENTLY into spaces on side of frame. This can be tricky! Can be recoloured. Unfortunately, since fitting one several days ago, in addition to existing collar bell,
the killing has restarted ! Birds at least have a better chance, though, since the new
bigger bell sounds louder.

Disappointing playback quality and not the cast from the original series. Women get a raw deal in the first disc, with "Steve" (Paul's wife) being ridiculed just too often for my liking.
