5.0 out of 5 stars Warming up..., 24 Feb 2014
While reading this book i realised my hands and feet were getting pretty cold = lowering of metabolic rate, and started feeling abit "flighty" = stress response coming on, so i nipped straight down stairs for some salty left over potatoes and a very sweet sugary tea, as recommened in the book (salt, starch, sugar), and yes it worked, im feeling toasty warm now while writing this review, and too be honest ready for a sleep. This book is highly recommended for anyone who wishes to address blood sugar issues by decreasing stress and raising metabolic rate back up to normal. getting the body functioning properly rather than just addressing the symptoms.
excellent, thanks Matt
