This is a very sad book, focusing on the savage rape and murder of two young girls aged 11yrs & 12yrs. It is very interesting that the main suspects are a bunch of lads from the area with learning disabilities. What I liked most about the book was that during interviews with the authorities they seemed more than a match for the police. The book then unfolds into the arrest and trial of a really nasty and manipulative serial killer. As always truth is stranger than fiction, a nice twist in the middle part of the story. All in all a good read.
