5.0 out of 5 stars Schematic "Bible", 5 Dec 2013
The technique of top-down knitting is very well explained in this book. It has many designs in different sizes, from toddler to men and women. The designs also show some variations (sweater/cardigan options). They are explain schematically, which can be weird in the beggining but it's really helpful.
The Art of Fair Isle Knitting: History, Technique,&hellip by Ann Feitelson
4.0 out of 5 stars History and Patterns, 5 Dec 2013
Although the book took a long time to arrive, it's completely worth the money. It covers a lot of history regarding the Faire Isle techniques and it has lots of patterns for different garments with various designs. I still didn't try any of them yet, but I can't wait to do it!

One of my favorite dolls! It's very similar to the movie character. I love the clothing and specialy the weapons! And the face mold is one of Mattel's prettiests.
