Rome: Total War - Alexander Expansion Pack (PC) by Sega
This is the second expansion for rome total war. The first, barbarian invasion, is worth playing: the Western roman empire faction is a stiff challange and loads of fun.

This expansion is rubbish. Even the hardest settings, it is so easy that it's boring. After the first few turns, you will have a rocketing economy and your armies will be unstoppable. The Persian forces are disorganised, most of their cities are almost undefended and your troops are vastly superior. The 100 turn time limit for the campaign is very generous: I played quite slowly, often holding my main armies back while I upgraded my blacksmiths & retrained my troops and I finished the game in 40 turns.

If you want a game that's just like ME1, this isn't it. If you want a good TPS, gears of war style, with a good story & replayness, buy this game. It's good.

This game was much more gripping when I replayed it on Nightmare setting, I had to use every little advantage in the early parts of the game &… Read more
