As an avid reader of self help books and psychology in general, this book intrigued me into buying it very quickly. After reading the introduction I became curious about the promises it made, although I did have concerns that it may just be another culmination of everyone else's ideas rolled out in a different format. Gladly I was extremely surprised by the clarity of the advice within and the research that has been collected to prove this advice.

As a sales person it is unusual to find a book that contains enough new information to warrant a top review, but Simon Hazeldine has managed to achieve this on several different levels. Not only does he break the negotiation process down, he does so with a clarity that makes it easy to replicate. I love nothing better than reading statements and examples that I know I will be able to use with my customers. This is a definitive guide to passing your theory test. Quite simply, I was getting fed up of a relative failing their theory test, having gone through the information they had been using. Instead of doing the same thing again I searched and found this book. The way it is structured helped tremendously. By using the tests methodically my relative did indeed pass the test next time around.
While there are no guarantees, this book should help you get the job done first time..
