I bought this to read on my kindle but was disappointed because there were charts and forms with information in them that i couldnt read because the writing was too small. These particular items were not capable of being enlarged with the font facility on my kindle, so although the information i could read was excellent, i missed a lot.
The book is short, but goes deep into the reasons for overeating. The writing is thoughtful and lucid. Mindfulness plays a large part in the author's philosophy of turning our thoughts around to avoid excess. There is an emphasis on not being bullied by others who place moral judgements on which food we eat. I really like this author's writing style. This book is the base on which to build a new way for you to think about why we eat the way we do.
