Deception Point by Dan Brown

Okay, this book is actually quite good. The premise is clever and quite interesting. there are elements that you think, c'mon a little over the top elaboration. But if you get past that, the story and the characters are good.

The book is about 100 pages too long, but is a relatively enjoyable read. It is clear that this was Browns build up to Da Vinci Code, as you can tell the difference in maturity from both novels.

Up shot, if you dont mind a little over the top style, with a good plot, nice characters, then go for it. Dont worry too much about other peoples' opinion of how crazy or silly etc, it is a bit of fun

Enjoy

5.0 out of 5 stars Please read this, 19 Sep 2013
i saw this advertised in a well known high street store stating that it is one of their books of the month. Normally, I dont go into that kind of ploy, but had a look at the synopsis. Got me interested and then decided to buy. I was not disappointed, this is a fantastic book.

the characters were clever, intriguing and well crafted. The plot is quick paced, and filled with twist and turns that will keep you wanting to read more and more.

If you are a fan of crime thrillers, then please get this and enjoy

This is a fantastic novel, I loved the concept and is a little different from the other Detective type novels. The story is gripping and is a real page turner. once i picked this up, it was hard to put down

i have already ordered the next installment and looking forward to it.
