5.0 out of 5 stars Very good way to deal with work releated stress., 24 April 2008
At last, a book on meditation that doesn't require sandals and a tie-dye shirt to read it. No frills, or squeaky New Age platitudes, just what you need to know about overcoming work stresses and keeping your creativity at its peak. The book outlines a number of pitfalls those who work in creative jobs like myself encounter, and shows effective methods to counteract them. Probably my best buy this year, this is a book that everyone should read to get a better understanding of the way that our jobs can affect us for the worst.
