Marduk - Blood Puke Salvation [DVD] [2006] [US Imp&hellip
4.0 out of 5 stars Black Metal at its finest, 28 April 2011
Marduk's "Blood Puke Salvation" delivered exactly what I was after; brutal, bleak, intense, raw black metal from my home country of Sweden. These guys don't waste time on fancy camerawork, funny bits to the crowd or a lot of other nonsense, they just deliver gruesome music. The first disc contains two concerts, the main one at Antwerpen, a bonus one from Tillburg and a photo gallery. The draw for both of them in my opinion is Mortuus, the vocalist with an amazingly devilish voice and a habit for drinking blood from a chalice. The footage is grainy, shaky, ugly and raw, but I wouldn't want it any other way; this band wasn't made for HD. The first disc is fantastic, the band are on top of… Read more

So if you're confused, just press the pop-up/title/on screen-button, and all options should be there while the episode is still playing (even an option… Read more

3.0 out of 5 stars The Aubry/Liz-Effect, 5 April 2011
I'm not sure exactly where or how it happened, but somewhere between LA Ink - Series Two [DVD] and this season, the wonderful tattoo artists Hannah Aitchison and Kim Saigh just disappeared, and when Kat (or rather her dimwit brother) tried to replace them, she ended up with..Aubry and Liz. A show that was so unique and promising (I don't know any other popular TV-show almost purely about art and fun) has suddenly taken a turn for the worse. The art has been replaced with prepubescant bickering drama, and the fun has been replaced with business and resentment. Everyone likes to have their say and judgement (which is the point of… Read more
