The book has been written from other perspective than majority books about this major global issue. Although author (ex-secretary in British Conservative Government) is aware of the fact that global warming is happening his assessment is that possible benefits will be much higher than costs. Also author investigates and points drawbacks of latest scientific researches and decisions based on them. Sir Lawson is very well informed about this global issue, I would say maybe better than many scientists and politician and that makes this book valuable source of facts and thoughts even for people in front line of fighting against climate change.
