Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I have so far been reasonably impressed with the HP Pavillion 15 notebook. My requirement is for a general purpose machine that can manage my music/film library, be used for office work and surf the internet. So far I have managed to do all of these things, though I have had to download a few bits of software to get it to work the way I like it.

The machine itself has a relatively solid feeling construction, and the funky red cover looks good. The keys are red writing on a black background and are very hard to see, but then I accidentally discovered that there is a backlight that can be operated if you hit F5. The HP Pavillion x360 13.3 in convertible notebook is a nifty idea. Opening the box you get a neat looking notebook computer. The gimmick is that the keyboard can fold right back under the screen to give you a tablet if that is your preferred modus operandi. So two styles of computer for the price of one. Not bad.

Notebook mode: the touch screen element still works when the keyboard is active. I love this duality, it is so much easier to press an icon with your finger than all that tedious mouse work. The keyboard itself is compact yet effective, the keys have a good positive feel. The mouse is OK, a touch sensitive pad which depresses at the bottom left or right for left or… Read more

This review is specific to the corded model of these headphones.

What’s in the box: 1 pair of headphones, one detachable cord with inbuilt microphone.

The packaging: A large box with an unnecessary flap on the front, with a plastic insert to hold the headphones. Only about 50% recyclable, I felt that the non-recyclable bits (plastic windows, plastic inserts and magnets to hold flap down) could have either been cardboard or dispensed with altogether. Just my personal bugbear.

First impressions: On first handling the phones feel very sturdy and well constructed. I can see these lasting a long time. The fold function is well engineered and usefully compacts… Read more
