I like reading stories related to Hollywood and its glamorous history.
The Principle of Chance is a story that starts of in modern Hollywood but it also takes you back to The Golden Age of the movie business and briefly to Eastern Europe, Hungary which makes it a bit of an adventure.
The main characters are interesting and they work well together. My favourite one is Frank whose mysterious life is the main plot of the story. He has a very likeable personality and you can feel his influence around the other characters too.

Jane in her rightful fury confronts him in his bedchamber and shocks him by the news and herself too by her ridiculous behaviour. They have known each other since childhood but while Ethan experienced the pleasures of his title and life,… Read more

"The Bridal Season" is another gem of a romance written by this admirably talented author. The story is set in late Victorian England mostly in a small backwater town called Little Bidewell. Letty Pott a young and sophisticated musichall performer is desperate to get away from London and leave her problems and slightly tarnished past behind. By sheer luck she picks up a ticket at Paddington Station and travels down to Little Bidewell. To her surprise there is a friendly aristocratic family awaiting her at the station believing that she is Lady Agatha Whyte, a professional society wedding planner who came to organise Angela Bigglesworth's upcoming nuptials. Letty is a practical girl and she… Read more
