Clear, concise, nice layout and easy to read. Great advice and nuggets of information, that anyone and everyone in work should be applying or consider using. Spaces to write down things, along with various helpful excercises provides a better engagement with the material within the book.

PLOT: Some dude called Majeh is an envoy (takes dead people to hell) who works for the "king of hell" as a unwilling "partner". The first volume shows Majeh's history and why he works for the king of hell (he has a dark and dangerous past)and some of his battles with escaped demons/beast/others from hell onto earth due to a rift that has opened between earth and hell. Essentially his quest is to find out about this rift.

GOOD POINTS: very humorous in places with good use of chibi drawings (deformed, exaggerated drawings of characters into smaller child like forms), generally good artwork with some very jaw dropping scenes, the switch between pace to move the story along is well… Read more

Very good weight loss book. I lost 2 stones in about 6 weeks, through combination of techniques provided and excercise. Of course not every one will like this book because of how some of the stuff may seem like or is common sense, but then again that is what people need to be told if they won't do it themselves. Of course food does impact your weight loss like to much diary products or foods with high saturated products will negate quicker weight loss, so you can't really eat whatever you want as Paul says. However,as he mentions in the book your body seems to ask for a variety of food which has happened to me as I eat more fruit and veg and drink more water, so no need to worry about… Read more
