Wild & Wolf A6 Travel Range Europe Journal by Wild and Wolf
I just bought my third notebook of this type. They're perfect for keeping a journal, because they're well bound, so don't fall apart quickly, and the pages are the right size -- I tend to write a double page each day, and it works perfectly. I've got fairly small handwriting, so I'm glad the lines aren't spaced too far apart. It makes it less of a waste of paper. I use a biro mostly, so I can't say whether ink bleeds through using fountain pens (which is often a concern with notebooks), but I imagine that it doesn't as it's good quality paper. At times it's also downright funny, but it also raised a lot of questions. I was feeling great about my writing process until the last chapter, when I… Read more

This is my review from Goodreads. Warning: there is a spoiler ahead. Not a massive one, but fairly significant.
I read this book a few years ago, and while I enjoyed it enough to remember it when looking for a Christmas present for a friend (and then borrow a copy for myself, because I wanted to reread it), I don't think I was old enough then to fully appreciate it. But being an absolute mythology nerd with a particular interest in fairies, I couldn't really see how this book could disappoint me.

And it didn't. It's so in depth and detailed and all of the characters have so many different aspects to them--aspects that make you continually change whether you're a… Read more
