I had borrowed an earlier model a while back, when finding my way to a rather awkward place (at the critical point, the sign for the slip-road is visible only once it's too late for you to turn off): although it had not had its maps updated, and led me once or twice to dead-ends, I found it most accommodating. If I ignored, or missed, one of her directions, insead of going into a sulk, or squealing at me, she paused, and said, evenly, 'Re-calculating.' - without so much as the suspicion of a sigh.
My new one, the actual subject of this review, doesn't even say 're-calculating, but just informs me on the screen of the percentage of re-navigating done.

Much fuller and more 'rounded' an account than Thurstan Peter's: well worth the paltry price.
A pity it has to be in such a small font-size.
