I feel sorry for the author. He has a really good story. I'm not going to spoil it by saying anything about it. However, whoever was paid to proof read it should give the money back. It is like reading the most basic of drafts, the author brainstorming his characters and ideas. If the formatting, strike throughs, and same font we're sorted out then it would be worth buying. I'm putting my reading of this book on hold until a corrected version is released. It has a great potential and I don't want to put myself off reading what I'm sure turn out to be an excellent read.

A very good example of what might have been. History has pivotal points around the most unlikely events. It's a good read, a proper page turner. It could have been done in much greater depth but that would have slowed the pace of the story down.

A necessary diversion from the main story to flesh out one of the most interesting characters in the series. I do like the way the author doesn't feel the need to repeat vast tracts of story for those who haven't read the whole story. Very good story told well. There is a lot of mileage left in this series and I look forward to reading more.
