5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!, 21 Sep 2011
Fab workout, although I prefer now Workout II as it is a bit more challenging. Also I would dare to suggest to do "Stretches" not in a beginnig, but rather at the end of workout. For me there are not enough warm up exercises to get my muscules ready for stretches, but they are ready at the end of workout right after exercises at the centre, if it makes any sense.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic workout!, 19 Sep 2011
Absolutely love it! Great workout with very effective exercises based on proper ballet training. Everything you need to workout all your muscules properly is there, just do it and enjoy fantastic classical music while you are doing exercises. Beautiful and well trained dancers are a great inspiration to do this workout from the start to the end. Highly reccomended for these of us who really love The Ballet, and not just any exercises which "will make your bum firm", although it will anyway, because of very clever workout. I like previous DVD Workout I as well.

Firstly, those exercises will not make your body lean and elongated, it will make your muscles heavy looking and bulky, because what she is doing based not on ballet principals but rather on bodybuilding... or maybe aerobics... It's anything but ballet... and, my God, her arms and palms with spread out fingers! She can't hold them in proper position even for a second. I… Read more
