This book is very easy to read and understand. It is in monthly chapters so you can go at a monthly pace or wizz through the lot and meander back. There are nice, bite size chunks on pages. This makes it useful to people with dyslexia or short attention spans. This book does not hector or give long stories of gloom at the start, which makes it light and breezy. Gretchen suggests things to try and tells stories, its like a chat with a very wise friend. Love this book.
