While virtualisation has made things easier, some times I need real hardware access which means booting from a different drive. This fits in a standard floppy disk sized drive bay and then you can insert a laptop sized disk drive when needed.
It loses a star because on arrival one of the bays kept popping open with a drive inserted, but fixed it by inserted a small knife into the side gap of the bay where the door latches, and gently bent the metal back inwards.
Great little device, only issue is the hole is quite narrow for a split ring, so it wasn't flexing with my keys. Solved it by getting a mini split ring which acts as a bridge between my main keyring and the device.
