I ordered this item for my daughter who loves Thomas but the "proof of the pudding" is that she never asks to hear it. I think the main problem is that there is no Thomas theme tune! The general standard of reviews of this product hints at a great product but I wish I'd never bought it.

The title of this book is misleading as it does very little to enhance your knowledge of the sport. I am not an experienced sea fisherman, although I do know how to put a bait on a hook and throw it out. If you know how to do that, don't buy this book because you won't get much more out of it! A disappointment.

I enjoyed this book because it brought together some general ideas I've had in my head but could never coherently express.

The first half of the book explains "the problem" i.e. that we are consuming ever more resources from a finite planet and it cannot go on. The facts are convincing and will make you think about the way you live your life. That is a great thing. The second half of the book puts forward "the solution", but I could never quite grasp what the author was saying here.
