A small rubber band with an impressive list of claimed benefits, but which stack up?
Better balance - haven't noticed any effect
Improved blood flow - nothing noticeable
Improved strength - no, this isn't going to replace exercise - get down the gym or go out running.
Better sleep - so far, seems to work (whether this is a genuine effect, or psychosomatic / placebo effect, who knows?)
It's well made, comfortable, stylish and might just help, even if you're just tricking your mind.
One thing - it weighs nothing, so delivery charges should be minimal. In fact you can purchase from an online auction site for this price and free delivery.

A real return to form. Well worth the wait. If you're a fan of their first two albums, but like me, were ambivolent about albums 3 & 4, then fear not, this is a corker.

A decent recording of a great live band. A shame they didn't record ever the Brixton Academy gig a few years back.
For my own liking it's a bit too 'greatest hits' and so some of their stronger material is left out in favour of radio friendly singles. I also notice that the DVD version has a couple of extra tracks which should also have been put onto the CD too.
Don't suppose this will gain them many new fans, but for long-time followers this completes a gap in our collections.
If this is your first introduction to the band then, firstly - where have you been, and secondly - go buy Throwing Copper and Secret Samadhi and then expand from there.
