I'm afraid I havent got the chance to make any of the recipes but i have read it through and i have to say that instructions are clear, layout is great, pictures are entising and i can't wait to get onto making fancy verrines!

I only gave a shot to a couple of recipes but was very dissapointed that mr. roux forgot to give basic instructions ... like what about making sure that the non expert gets the pate sablee (shortbread dough) right by saying to refrigerate the dough for 2& half hours min instead of the vague "refrigerate until ready to use"
