5.0 out of 5 stars A useful guide . . ., 16 Aug 2012
I think this is a useful e-book for people who genuinely want to know how to manage cholesterol. While a lot of the information seemed obvious to me (I don't have high-cholesterol as I'm an obsessive label reader generally), it occurred to me while reading this that perhaps there are a lot of people who really don't know these things and that, in fact, not everyone is as OCD about what's in their food as they need to be. For this reason I highly recommend this e-book as a start-up guide for people to become more self-aware and healthy in a world where such things are of increasing concern. 5.0 out of 5 stars AMAZING!!!, 27 July 2006
This book is great, it's the final book in the Bridges Over Time series by Valerie Anand and it rounds off a great family saga. I'd honestly encourage everyone to read this book and more importantly to read the other 5 books as well, they are hard to find but maybe if more people look for them they might re-print them. I'm still waiting to find a copy of this myself so really hope I can get hold of it here! Come on make some noise for Valerie Anand she rocks!
Fanny And Elvis [DVD] [1999] DVD ~ Kerry Fox

5.0 out of 5 stars This Film is Wicked!, 15 Feb 2005
I love Ray Winstone anyway but he plays a brilliant character in this and the comedy element, though slightly cheesy, is just brilliant. Kerry Fox comes across as a bit scatty, but she's still really funny. The only thing i didn't like was the fact that like all other fertility comedies, they managed to stick the word 'inconceivable' on the video case (a cheap gag but a blinder of a film!)
