okay, so i must admit two things first. I have a huge crush on Hugh so I'm probably biased, and i haven't actually cooked anything from the book yet. But knowing Hugh I'm sure he's done it for a noble reason, to put more fruit in our bellies and our well being. I haven't seen anything that he's done that I didn't like, so statistically this one is likely to be brilliant too. Just thinking about it makes me want to buy more fruit and eat more fruit because I know we should. And when I'll be lost for a recipe I'll have Hugh to save me. :)
Valkyria Chronicles (PS3) by Sega
I would recommend this game to any one who likes strategy, good characters and story. The story is rather minimal, a few people are bound together to fight for their home when an evil dictator invades their country, nothing ground breaking in originality, but the characters are all unique and likeable, in spite of their faults. The graphics are crisp and simple and the battle system is intuitive and well executed. All in all a very good game.

I have been a fan of Hugh for quite a while now and I have never yet been disappointed. The most recent series I saw was the Veg Every Day series where he becomes a vegetarian for one summer. He subsequently proceeds to whip up one masterpiece after another, as is his wont. This book accompanied that series, I assume, but it is the first Hugh book that I buy. I have already made a few of the dishes and have not been disappointed yet. My family has a ravenous appetite for meat but we are health concious too (a bit like Hugh, I guess ;p) but everything that I have made so far has been cleared up off the plates.
