If you think your self-esteem needs a boost read this book! I particularly like the title 'Be Yourself' - it may seem obvious but how often do we pretend to be something we are not?

In ten straightforward chapters Timothy Pole concisely reminds us what is important in life and what is not. We should, he explains, be responsible, purposeful, adaptable, determined and have faith in ourselves. He informs us clearly that what is more significant than anything else is to look within ourselves to discover our real potential in life. Life DOES have a meaning and a purpose and this book beautifully explains WHAT it is and HOW to achieve it! This book IS magic! If we all lived how this book recommends us to live we would ALL be happy and surely that really IS something worth accomplishing!

PLEASE read this book! It will help you make sense of your life and will help you become happier and more inspired!

This book comes with a free CD that can take you on a relaxed journey back in time. First to your childhood and then to a time before. If you, like so many people, are searching to make sense of this confusing and complicated world and, if you want to explore the concept of reincarnation, buy this book, use the CD and see for yourself that there REALLY IS life before life before life before life before life etc
