XMI X-Mini II 2nd Generation Capsule Speaker for i&hellip by XMI
We are pleased with this speaker.

It would be an exaggeration to say the sound is as good as portable stereo, but it is ideal for use with an MP3 player (I use it with a Sony Miro) to listen outdoors or to suppliment tinny laptop speakers. Think camping/patio/picnic rather than party and you shouldn't be dissapointed.

Recharging from USB is good; fairly quick and seems to last a few hours from a full charge. Sound is better if the speaker is placed on a table-top or other hard surface - I suspect it uses the surface to add bass to the sound.

I enjoyed it. They're not the most polished brass band going, but they ooze fun and funk, and that's much more important!

4.0 out of 5 stars I do like this, 12 Feb 2013
I think this is very nice music. The guy playing obviously know's what he is doing and the result is lovely. My first CD of 'African Harp' music and I'm very pleased with it.
