A delightful little book which I read in one sitting. The colourful and comic characters take you back to a blissful pre-war era where life was innocent, but eventful. The book is smattered with enough double entendres to keep the most puerile reader happy and I imagined the book being narrated by Frankie Howerd. "Ooh no, titter ye not" But you will titter. And often. More please!
