Two weeks in a row the "20 best summer recipes" have only been 15. It took several days for Amazon to sort it out the first time, once they had accepted that it was their responsibility as after all they are getting my money. This second week it seems to be taking even longer. I did contact The Guardian but they did not want to know. I did ask if I could bypass Amazon and subscribe directly with them and they said I could and gave me a link but it just opens an Amazon page!
Despite the lack of photos/diagrams I do enjoy reading the paper on Kindle as it has none of the annoying distractions associated with trying to read it on line.
Becoming a Supple Leopard: The Ultimate Guide to R&hellip by Kelly Starrett & Glen Cordoza

The author can certainly get into some unusual body positions - it is not clear if it is good for those of us who struggle to copy him to continue to try and do so as no data is provided. Is his career based on the fact that he is more flexible than most, or am I being a cynic? A big heavy book but the photos are good - despite the price I am glad I bought it as I have an interest in strength and conditioning, and need to know what others in the field are talking about.
Running Free: A Runner's Journey Back to Nature by Richard Askwith

.... but still worth a read if you are a keen off road runner. It reads like he is scraping around the edges of his running life to find enough to fill a book.
