We read Stonefox first, and General Butterfingers did not disappoint. A lovable and exciting story of a boy and three quirky war-veterans who fight for the house they live in. My daughters are 5 1/2 and 8 and I enjoyed reading this book to them as much as they enjoyed the story. Highly recommended.
This little book has been read and reread: my daughters (7 and 4) know whole parts by heart. The rap-rhymes tell the story of the merry men in chapters, the text with strong alliterations and rhythm makes the girls join in. Highly recommended, though unfortunately only available second hand.
