well this is strange, telling people all about myself. i'm 18 ad currently going off to univrsity to study Ancient and Medieval History which im really, looking forward too. i love horror romances, fantasy, dramas and historical novels. i do pretty much like anything except chicklit. i attempted to read one once as a quick read, you know something to occupy the time. i got so bored u ended up going for an old favourite that i've read a hundred times. but im pretty much willing to give anything a go, i wil step outside the comfort zone - its had surprising but welcome results. when i do buy a book ( which is practically everytime i walk into a bookstore, i cant resist or i spend an hour just browsing and then i make a list of future purchases) i buy it for life as i cant bear the thought of throwing it away when i might want to read it again. i'm a hoarder, shameful but true!
Apart from books i love a good movie, though i have to admit to ecretly loving the old Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean Claude Van Damme and Steven Seagal movies. i like a good beating, besides its my nans fault she got me into them. my favourite action films though are the Indiana Jones trilogy and Temple of Doom happens to be my favourite, though its aclose call between tham all. But other than your simple kill or be killed/ action films i like films that have a message or make you think i.e y tu mama tambien, or im just a sucker for a romance. but i have some limits not all romances pass my critique believability is the issue, crazy/ beautiful is great for this. i have to say im not fond of the gross out films all tasteless gags. i get to wound up over them.
on the small screen i like charmed, buffy the vampire slayer, angel. i like superantural shows they are a bit more twisty. i dont know why,i cant be bothered with normalcy on tv, lifes bad enough sometimes why do i want to watch. then again saying that Eastenders does have astrange allure even though i do watch itreligiously, i think its all the tragedy involved. behind closed doors and such. my boyfriend gotme into top gear, though i watch it more with him and let him explai it, i dont claim to be a genius with cars. history related dramas are good, specially when i know whats going on and then i like to correct them (well in my head not putting pen to paper correction). anyone remember the boudica thing from donks back, very very wrong! oh the old classic comedies such as only fools and horses, allo alllo! all of them are good.
other than entertaining myself with books and films i like human company, hanging out with mates. i walk the dog. i get real snap happy with a camera too i love too photograph stuff and record it. its the hoarder in me, i like too keep theatre tickets all that some kind of token of a day out, so i remember when im old and grey. of course like any girl i do like shopping, though if im not fed at some point i get irritable and even if i wanted a top that was skyhigh priced m afraid food would come first! i need to eat. saying that i should be a lot heavier than i am. i cant think of much else too say about me. hope i dont sound too boring and this was informative.
reading, writing poems, watching action films, B movies and romances. mates, shopping.scrapbooking. trying to learn how to cook, i can do basics.
