Pagan and Christian creeds: their origin and meani&hellip by Edward Carpenter

I read this book as someone with a growing interest paganism and as a person seeking unity in old beliefs that connect to nature and to the turning of the seasons. The book was very inspirational in the sense that it really does tear apart Christianity and other religions and clearly demonstrates them as quite pathetic incarnations of human-beings inability to look inward and appreciate our place in evolution and within nature.

The language and intensity make the book at times difficult to read but I completely admired the author and to a time when intellect was fashionable writing.

The Sacred Wheel: a guide to the Pagan year for be&hellip by MommaWhiteCougar The Pagan

As a newcomer to pagan ways I found this a warm and heartfelt introduction. Cougar writes with a wealth of experience and interplay with much humour, honesty and sincerity. She adds enjoyment to the read by way of her poems, song and stories. I learnt a great deal. I must admit as a newcomer I found the descriptions of the deities a little difficult to take in as there are lots - but that is to be. expected. I come away somewhat refreshed and spiritually satisfied and very keen to learn much more. Thank you White Cougar. Blessed be.

The album does have some excellent tracks on it provided by other artists and mixed in by the guys and these tracks are the highlights of the mix, only trouble is getting to them as both CD's are one set extended mixes and so there are no seperate tracks to it; meaning you can't really skip to the best bits with ease. On top of that some parts are really cheesy and just… Read more
