Ordered the Ryobi RCS1835 Chainsaw. When it arrived the motor was heard to turn but the cog driving the chain was stationary. As the item was faulty, I applied through Amazon for a refund.
They do not have print out return labels from Tooled-up, and I had to wait for the suppliers response.
I had to post it back to them, which was difficult as most carriers had a 90cm length limit, I finally found Royal Mail 2nd Day would deliver at a total cost of 13.02.
When Tooled-Up finally refunded I found that they paid only the original cost leaving me 13.02 out of pocket.
Gtech AirRam Cordless Vacuum Cleaner by Gtech

After buying this GTECH AirRam Model AR02 from Amazon. My wife was so pleased with the easy way this cleaned, after using a much heavier dyson pet hair vacuum cleaner.
But now six months later the brush bearings have collapsed due to poor design, allowing cat hair etc to penetrate the bearings and destroy the plastic holding the bearings in place.
It would be a simple job to fit new end plates to rectify the fault, (two screws each end), but the manufacturer does not list any spares what so ever for this model. That means I have to send the whole unit back every six months.
This is completely unacceptable.
x2 Full Sets of 6 Compatible Ink Cartridges For Ep&hellip by First Call Inks
I've just had a problem with cartridges not being recognised by my Epson PX730WD.
I tried 4 different black cartridges from two different manufactures that were previously purchased here in Amazon.
I then tried all the advice given by Googling "cartridge not recognised". and nothing worked.
In desperation I opened the recently bought cartridges from First Call Ink and on inserting the cartridge it was immediately recognised. I should mention that all the cartridges tried were exactly the same part number.
Needless to say I shall only buy this make from now on.
I'm an ex mechanic, retired, and nothing to do with First Call Inks.
