It goes without saying that this is TOUGH. Certainly much harder than Insanity (and I really didn't imagine that could be possible). But I'm sure you expected that already... First things first, if you haven't done Insanity, then this probably isn't the place to start. There is a lot of assumed knowledge for many of the exercises and if I had trouble learning some of the new moves, I would imagine that a total Beachbody newcomer would really struggle. This really is a follow up to Insanity more than a completely stand-alone product.

Lola's Ice Creams and Sundaes: Iced Delights for A&hellip by Morfudd Richards
I bought this book at the same time as 'A Perfect Scoop' by David Lebowitz since both came very highly recommended. Before I even get started, I should say that I haven't yet made anything from this book (though since the 'underlying' recipe for custard and non-custard based ice creams are very similar I am sure that Lola ice cream will be AMAZING).

I found having read through the book that it is written as if by a scientist and not so much someone enthusiastic about ice-cream. By contrast, Lebowitz' excitement practically falls off the page.

The recipes do look fantastic (I can't wait to try Plum with Earl Grey) but finding them can be a bit of chore since there is no… Read more
