Just received these for my Meindl hiking boots (size 7 with 14 eyelets). They seem a good, sturdy substitute for the original Meindl laces, although perhaps a little thinner.
I wasn't too sure what length to go for, but chose 140cm and they fit perfectly - somewhat shorter than the old laces, but as the old laces had stretched with use, it would have been a mistake to match those for length.
Colour-wise, the Black Brown Fleck is a good match to the photo.
I'll report back if I have any problems with them.
This is one of the nicest ironing board patterns around in my opinion (most of them look like they've been designed for a kids' playroom) but it's stretching the truth to say that it "fits small to medium sized boards."
My board is some 25 years old and 95cm long, so it's most definitely on the small side. Although this cover is supposed to fit boards under 111cm, I had a real struggle fitting it. Too long! I had to tighten it so much around the edges that the stitching burst under the strain in one or two places. A needle and thread was needed to fix it. I bought this to replace a very similar one that I'd had under my living room rug for about ten years. The old one got a bit grubby and dusty while I was redecorating, and had lost some of its grip as a result. (Had I left the rug in place and covered it over instead, I'm pretty sure the old underlay would have gone on for many more years. Lesson learned!)
I'm not sure if this Teebaud one is the same make, but it was the closest thing I could find to my old one, and it has not disappointed. I have smooth veneer floors and a pure wool rug.
