This was the first book produced by The Springfield Leisure-Art Collection. It's not intended to be dry or intellectual, neither is it aimed at becoming a reference work. It has been produced for anyone who feels they can use a little diversion, to spur some discussion, a memory or maybe a story or two.
The 30 illustrations are all original, based on existing material, adapted and recomposed. They have been laid out as far as possible to encourage the desire to colour them in. The themes are varied in the hope that they will appeal to all tastes and interests.
