In My Own Words:
Been a disciple of Osho since '82. And kind of devoted my life to the spiritual search. I have deep love for nature (typically taurus).

And I love music, both as amateure musician (I play bass and I love Jack Bruce, Phil Lesh a.m.o.). And as an avid listener: classic (Beethoven and Messiaen are certainly great), Indian, psychedelic, classic rock, new age, meditative music... (my favorite band no… Read more

Meditation, spirituality, Osho, psychedelic music (in fact all kinds of music with heart, spirit and vision), mindexpanding activities, nature, animal rights. Playing bass. The evolving mystery of being with my beloved.

Missing In Action ~ Missing Persons Feat. Dale Bozzio
Missing In Action ~ Missing Persons Feat. Dale Bozzio
Missing Persons - the new wave band comprised by ex-Zappa musicians - must be one of the most underrated bands ever. Too clever for the majority of reviewers and the record buying public and too commercial for the intellectuals and the musos.

Frontwoman was the gorgous Dale Bozzio who in many ways was the first to embody the intelligent sex symbol, actually predating Madonna and apparently a huge influence on Lady Gaga. Wearing outrageous costumes, giving out erotic shrieks and writing some clever and heartfelt lyrics.

Here she is back with a brilliant album that is 'good old new wave' but not in anyway nostalgic. And almost living up to the impressive musicanship of… Read more
Eternal One: The Divine Mahasamadhi of the Divinel&hellip by Adi Da Samraj
5.0 out of 5 stars The death of a master, 30 May 2014
First of all this a very beautiful, well-produced and aesthetically pleasing book. With lots of high class photos both of the beautiful Fijian nature and ofc of Adi Da.

The book is centered around Adi Da's passing in 2008 trying to make a spiritual significance out of his rather sudden death of an heart attack. And describing the elaborate rituals following his death. Many of his followers from around the World stating their feelings and reactions. As always kept in the overwhelmingly reverend style that characterizes his devotees.

There is also a good overview over his life and some interesting quotes from his many books. Whatever one thinks about this highly… Read more
The Both ~ Aimee Mann
The Both ~ Aimee Mann

I have been a huge fan of Aimee Mann ever since her hitmaking days with Til' Tuesday. A beautiful vocalist and a brilliant songwriter (almost) up there with the classic three: Carole King, Carly Simon, Joni Mitchell. But perhaps her latest albums have not been able to ignite quite the same admiration and excitement as most of previous work.

So I must say this album comes as a pleasant surprise. Here she teams up with guitarist Ted Leo, who is also himself an accomplished singer and composer. The duo playing all instruments except the more than able drumming from Scott Seiver. In fact it's a real joy to hear Aimee back on the bass she handled so fine in Til' Tuesday… Read more
