Dell Inspiron 1545 Black Laptop by Dell

The review is being written by someone who has had to repair his mother's Inspirion 1545 at least six times now, it is getting beyond a joke.

She brought it because she liked the colour, brand new for PC world (for **** sakes).

I have tried to get this thing running smoothly since the day she brought it, it is a nightmare to work with.

Problem 1 : getting it to accept updates from the dell drivers website is difficult.
Problem 2 : for some reason, despite having no other users, windows 7 will not allow me to update certain drivers, something to do with admin access.
Problem 3 : the McAfee it comes with is hard to remove and replace with something… Read more
Dell Latitude D630, MS Win XP Professional, Intel &hellip by Dell

I have owned one of these laptops for three years now, apart from a new 9 cell battery, there is nothing wrong with it.

Running windows XP pro, 120GB HDD, 2GB Ram.

Toshiba Camileo S10 1080p High Definition Camcorde&hellip by Toshiba
Purchased this Camcorder a few weeks ago and it is an excellent piece of hardware for the money.

It records at Full 1080p resolution, 30 frames per second, and the end video is impressive for a camcorder of this size, the size of this is almost identical to an Ipod Video 60GB.

I'll cover what you'll want to know.

Recording formats are the following :-

1920 by 1080 @ 30fps (1080p)
1280 by 720 @ 30fps (720p)
848 by 480 @ 60fps (WVGA 60)
640 by 480 (VGA)
320 by 240 (QVGA)

Other camcorders in this price bracket do record the 720p format at 60fps, but this is only a minor complaint.

Still's camera is 8 mega… Read more
