The Return Of Captain John Emmett by Elizabeth Speller
The Return Of Captain John Emmett by Elizabeth Speller

It promised OK - but the main character remained dull and uninteresting to the end, and the plot and storyline is entirely un-mysterious and really unsuspenseful even when we're meant to be held in deep suspense. The historical setting could easily have made a good background for a 'mystery' but - in my point of view- we're too often reminded of the author's research - which one shouldn't think about when reading a piece of fiction. 5.0 out of 5 stars Sweet and cheerful, 22 Oct 2011
Excellent Wild Republic toy, with a very authentic and cheerful sound - makes you think of spring...I've had mine for about 7 years and he still sings (but then, I'm grown-up and no children ever played with him!). Good quality!
