Nice, stable, angled laptop stand - raises the screen so you sit with better posture, whilst still allowing the hands to rest while typing. I actually think it's easier to type with the keyboard at this angle. Way sturdier than balancing on the edge of a book, which is what I had been doing. Sensible price, well enough made, and I like the fact it folds away onto a slimline unit when not in use.

An inspiring tale of how you can balance a demanding job with a private passion, and why you should. As a 40-something piano beginner - some way behind Rusbridgers level - I found the explorations into the nature of memory and methods of practice interesting and useful in my own efforts, but this is far from being a piano manual. Rusbridger is a capable writer, as you might expect from the editor of the Guardian, and the backdrop of developing news events contrasted with the more personal memoir elements bring his efforts to learn this challenging piano piece to vivid life.
