Bought this for a friend who who diagnosed 7 years ago and they said they learnt things from this book and wondered why their specialists hadn't talked about some of the things mentioned in here. Very informative and should be given to everyone who is diagnosed with this illness. If you suffer from Lupus get your loved ones to read this book.
Positive Options for Living with Lupus: Self-Help &hellip by Philippa Pigache
4.0 out of 5 stars Good/interesting read, 12 Jan 2014
I bought this for someone i know who has lupus. They found it easy to read and understand and they said it was informative and useful. Like one reviewer has mentioned, mental health is also talked about. Recommend it for those who don't have lupus but know people who do.

Good balance of text, photos and instructions. Lot's of different types of crafts to make. Some very basic, like paper chains and pompoms. I am sure any child could look through here and choose something they would like to make.
