This is the story of Annie, overweight, damaged and with a past we learn about in fragments. We see everything through Annie's eyes. She plays with our emotions, arousing both sympathy and repulsion. She has flashes of excrutiatingly acute observations but also a distorted reality which forces us to follow her, even though we may not want to.
A stunningly accomplished debut novel.
How to Start and Run a Petsitting Business: A Step&hellip by Fiona Mckenzie

This book is essential reading for anyone considering starting a business in this area. It covers everything you could possibly need to know - start up plans, legalities, forms, pet ailments, first aid - you name it and this book covers it. There is also a wealth of sample forms, contracts, templates you can use and addresses of useful organizations.

As well as practical advice, the book is also spliced with humorous personal anecdotes, making it not just an essential read for petsitters and dog walkers, but an enjoyable one.
