I seem to collect books on this subject, living a mile from the coast & having an innate desire to find fresh wild food for free!

If you have a basic knowledge of the subject, this is a handy little reference tool to keep you on track or give you cooking and recipe ideas. And having it on my phone means it's always with me when I'm out and about.

Pickled limpets & baking clams in a beach oven are now at the top of my beachy to-do list! :)

Utterly brilliant. For anyone with an interest in coastline foraging it is a must. I own many seaweed & seashore ID books & many recipe books on the same subject but finally I have all the information I want in one book that will always be with me when I head off to the coast.

I read it cover to cover the same day it arrived, that's how good it is!

A really nice little book, written from a child friendly angle but still bursting with hints, tips and recipes for using our local, seasonal fresh and free hedgerow & seashore pickings.
Would highly recommend reading if you have any interest in this area.
