Goodbye pasta for vegetarians at every restaurant, 19 Dec 2011

Thank goodness. A book with actual vegetable-based vegetarian meals in. I am not a vegetarian, but my daughters are and I get sick of the only offering in restaurants being 'pasta with mushroom sauce' or if you're lucky,'goats cheese tart'. Hope they'll all buy a copy of this. I shall definitely be upping my own veggie game now, too. Might even buy a copy for my carnivore son! So inspiring. Thanks, Hugh!
