Roth DBT-003 DAB Radio with FM/Bluetooth - Walnut by Roth Audio
It's a neat piece of equipment, restrained in design. The little buttons are a bit fiddly but most of the time you only need the on/off switch. The turning knobs are a bit unnerving at first, as they aren't conventional - you need repeated twists to go through preset stages - with the volume in particular this is counter-intuitive. The set up for bluetooth is very easy and works extremely well. Sound output on bluetooth and radio is good and clear, though a bit heavy in the bass and there's no way of adjusting that.

The blade has good serrations and is appropriately sharp, but the locking mechanism on the blade is poorly designed. As you saw, it loosens, so the blade slides in and out of the handle, rather then the blade cutting back and forth across the stem to be cut. Even cutting something as thin as a centimeter demands stopping a number of times to twist the locking knob again. A poor design.
Toshiba PX1626E-1HE0 500GB StorE Alu2 USB 2.0 2.5 &hellip by Toshiba
With its slightly brushed aluminium finish, this is a very sleek drive, about the size of an old fashioned cigarillo box. It is very light and slips easily into a pocket. I reformatted it for a Mac and it s=works very well, quiet in operation. The only design niggle is that the activity light is on the same edge as the usb port, so you have to turn it round awkwardly to see it, when it would be so much more convenient if it was on the opposite side, which naturally faces you. I suppose that would take an extra bit of wiring and add 50p to the cost...
