This book is a well written, up to date, encyclopaedia of breastfeeding information. It contains everything you need to know, from pre-birth preparation onwards.

All parents ever worried about vaccines need to read this book before making any decisions based on the `research' of a disgraced doctor, and the hype from scientifically illiterate media commentators.
This book will make you both laugh and cry at the sheer stupidity of most `science' journalism.
Food of Love, The: Your Formula for Successful Bre&hellip by Kate Evans

This is simply the best book about breastfeeding I have ever come across. It is well researched, covers the basics and all the common problems that can occur. It also encourages you to trust your instincts and to trust your body - crucial advice that is so often the key to a successful breastfeeding relationship. And if your brain is too frazzled for all that information, the pictures are wonderful too.
Every pregnant mum should be given a copy.
