In My Own Words:
Born in Hull, UK now residing in Sheffield, UK, the central hotspot of Salsa in the UK - NOT! I dance, teach and DJ. My preferences in music are NY/Puerto Rican and Latin Jazz. I don't mind a bit of Columbian, don't mind the older Cuban stuff (rumba/son). Favourite artists Tito Puentes, Willie Rosario, Jose Alberto plus loads more.

Brilliant collection of information.
The only thing missing was the kitchen sink.
If you're thinking of doing the TMB then this has got to be the first point of call for information.

Yes we don't want an artist to release the same thing time after time and yes I accept I might not 'get it' BUT....
This is so way off the beaten track she's got lost in the back of the beyond! For me this album has become an expensive tea coaster. I loved her for her lyrics and the beautiful tones of her voice, neither of which you can hear on this album. If this had been her first album she'd have sunk without trace!
Be warned don't buy this if you're not in to 'experimental' music. I wont be going to see her live next time around - I don't want to shell out £40 to listen to something that to be quite honest I find painfull!

I loved the book so much I've bought copies for all my friends.
Many of the chapters pointed to problems in and solutions for my own writing. Especially liked the chapter on self doubt. Her references back to her Buddist beliefs and philosophies really caught my attention. All in all an excellent book for writers or potential writers of all levels.
