Not another cookery book!
Yes it is! But its not linked to a particular celebrity cook or TV programme or particular type of food or country's food, but a brilliant collection of interesting recipes , from basics to entertaining and has wonderfully mouthwatering inspirational photographs to tempt the palate !
It is nicely split into sections : vegetable , eggs & dairy , poultry , seafood , festive and fruit to name a few. Each section has basics like " how to boil an egg" or make sauces, pizza base , custard and meringues, and a back section has menu suggestions and a useful index.
