This book is excellent. I've only used it for cleaning pads and key oiling so far but the pictures are really helpful. Even things like telling you which oil thickness to use and little tips to make the job easier and less messy.
This is a great product. Really useful. Only problem not 5 stars is that to remove a middle page, you have to take all the front ones first. So takes a while to reorganise.

Great product, makes a heck of a difference. I have now bought a second pair. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the padding arrangement. It seems a bit high at the front and a bit low at the back if you get my drift. Causes no problems other than a bit irritating having to rearrange around the front of the shorts.
They have a sillicon gel around the legs to keep them from rising up which is love about the shorts.
They are very snug and generally really comfortable.
Mine did come with a slight "pull" however its nothing to worry about and was not along a seam so quality is not compromised.
