The Kindness of Strangers: Penniless Across Americ&hellip by Mike McIntyre
He may not have the literary talent of Jane Austen but I didn't manage to put the book down until I'd finished it. It's a great story which gives insights hard to find anywhere else, and it just so happens to be true.
Poems of Robert Frost. Large Collection, includes &hellip by Robert Frost
A strong introduction into Frost's poetry, and this kindle edition is easily used. I look forward to reading more of his work.
The Making of Modern Britain by Andrew Marr
5.0 out of 5 stars Spiffing book!, 1 April 2013
Very readable, very enjoyable.

Marr writes in a fashion which all will find entertaining and informative. Thoroughly worth buying.

Only downside, against Marr in general, is that if you are looking for something more serious, perhaps to show an interest in History, many Historians don't consider Marr to be among them.
Nonetheless great reading.

P.S. Get well soon!
